Summing up the results of his visit to Tajikistan the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov gave a press conference On April 24 2012 and said that the withdrawal of ISAF troops «should be commensurate with the actual security situation in Afghanistan, with the ability of Afghan security forces to control security in their own country.”
